Shipping Policy

When you order from Manfully, we move. Here's exactly what to expect.


Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing time is 2–5 business days from the date of payment confirmation. During high-demand periods, product launches, or preorder fulfillments, processing may take up to 7 business days. You will be notified if there is a significant delay.


Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery after shipment:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

These are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or holidays are outside our control.


Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS / UPS / FedEx / DHL. Carrier selection is based on destination, package size, and availability.


Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after the shipment confirmation. If you did not receive a tracking email, check your spam folder first, then contact us.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. 

International Shipping

We ship internationally. Please note:

  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees

  • These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are not collected by Manfully

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing


Preorders

Items marked as Preorder are not ready to ship immediately. The estimated ship date will be listed on the product page. By purchasing a preorder item, you agree to wait until fulfillment is complete. Preorders cannot be expedited.


Address Accuracy

You are solely responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we cannot guarantee changes once the order enters processing.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows Delivered but you have not received your package:

  • Wait 24–48 hours — packages sometimes show as delivered early

  • Check with neighbors and building management

  • Contact the carrier to file a claim

  • Contact us at gpsr@manfullybrand.com and we will assist where possible

Manfully is not responsible for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier. Once tracking shows Delivered, the order is considered fulfilled.


Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us at gpsr@manfullybrand.com within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review your claim and respond within 4-7 business days.
