Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration under the rules of North Carolina Academy of Superior Court Mediators conducted in NC State,. Class action lawsuits are expressly waived.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction in the courts located in Wake- Raleigh, NC.

We don't sit on orders. When you buy, we move.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 5-10 business days of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-demand periods, launches, or preorders, processing may take longer. We prioritize accuracy over rushing.
Shipping Timeframes
Estimated delivery after shipment:
Domestic (U.S.): 5-10 business days
International: 7-21 business day
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays are outside our control.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you did not receive it, check your spam folder. If it's not there, contact us.
Preorders
If an item is marked Preorder:

By purchasing, you agree to wait until fulfillment is complete
Address Accuracy
You are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error. Contact us immediately if you notice a mistake — we cannot guarantee changes once the order is processed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows Delivered, we consider the order fulfilled. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after carrier confirmation. If this occurs:

Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or peak seasons. We ship fast — but once it's in the carrier's hands, it's out of ours.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, refer to our Return & Refund Policy. Claims must be submitted within 5 days of delivery with photo evidence.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We stand behind what we build. If something isn't right, we want to make it right — within reason.
Return Window
We accept return requests submitted within 14 / 30 days of the delivery date confirmed by tracking. Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted.
Eligible Items
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in original condition

In original packaging with all tags attached

Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

How to Initiate a Return
1. Email us at gpsr@manfullybrand.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Wait for a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions. Do not ship items without authorization.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your refund has not appeared after 10 business days, contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us — processing times vary by institution.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, we recommend returning your original item (if eligible) and placing a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Include clear photos of the damage and packaging

Include your order number
We will review and, at our discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of what you received. We will cover return shipping and send the correct item at no additional cost.
Sale & Promotional Items
Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are eligible for store credit only unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Fraud & Abuse
We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds if we detect abuse of our policy, including but not limited to serial returning or fraudulent claims. Customers who abuse our policy may be permanently restricted from future purchases at Manfully.
